YBa_2Cu_3O_x 中的准粒子热力学 Hall 角与磁电导率

我们提出了一种从 YBa_2Cu_3O_x 中的热力学 Hall 效应和 Kappa_e 的磁电导率中提取准粒子（qp）热导率 Kappa_e 和平均自由程的方法。结果与热容实验的一致性非常好。此外，我们发现 Kappa_e 的 Theta_Q 与磁场 H 依赖性之间存在简单关系，Theta_Q 与电气 Hall 角的数值相等。这些发现还揭示了正常态中异常各向异性的散射过程。
