摘要
我们指出一个通用框架，它涵盖了大多数量子效应在参数估计时提升精度（量子计量学）的情形。典型的量子精度提升量级为系统被采样次数的平方根。我们证明这是最优的，并指出允许达到此界限的不同策略（经典与量子）。
