摘要
本简短报告提出一种基于量子加密的量子密钥分发协议。在该协议中，事先共享的 Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen 对充当量子密钥，用于对经典密码学密钥进行编码与解码。该量子密钥可重复使用，且窃听者无法从 Alice 发送给 Bob 的粒子中获取任何信息。文中亦讨论了量子加密的概念。
