摘要
量子信息指的是量子系统独特的信息处理性质，这些性质在信息被存储于非正交量子态中或由其中提取时显现。制备一组非正交量子态的系综所需的信息，多于通过测量从该系综中能够恢复的信息。非正交量子态不能被可靠区分，不能被复制或克隆，并且不能给出测量结果的精确预言。这些性质与存储在经典系统微观态中的信息性质形成鲜明对比。
