摘要

我们针对若干超导体/铁磁体混合结构开展了详细的定量磁光成像研究，包括沉积在热磁图案化 NdFeB 之上的 Nb，以及具有可擦除且定制化磁景观（印刻于坡莫合金层）的坡莫合金/铌结构。磁光成像数据辅以扫描霍尔探针显微测量并与之比较。我们开发了用于校准、测试以及将法拉第旋转数据转换为磁场图的完整方案。将其应用于所获取的数据，可从磁性层所产生的较大背景场与场梯度中揭示超导体相对较弱的磁响应。
