重掺杂(Bi,Pb)2Sr2CuO6中Eliashberg函数的定量确定及与多声子模式强电子耦合的证据

摘要

我们对重掺杂(Bi,Pb)2Sr2CuO6(Tc>5 K)超导体进行了基于激光的超高分辨率角分辨光电子能谱测量。利用不同温度下准粒子色散细微变化的高精度数据,我们开发了一种通用程序来确定裸带色散并定量提取玻色子谱函数。我们的结果明确表明,70 meV节点扭结源于电子与多声子模式的耦合,即使在重掺杂区域,质量增强因子也高达Lamda=0.42。
