摘要
我们提出一种基于强化学习(RL)的闭环功率控制算法,用于由小小区服务的室内环境中LTE语音(VoLTE)无线承载的下行链路。我们论文的主要贡献是:1)使用RL解决室内蜂窝网络语音承载的性能调优问题;2)表明我们推导的由于邻小区失败引起的有效信干噪比损失下界足以用于实际蜂窝网络中的VoLTE功率控制。在我们的仿真中,与当前工业标准相比,所提出的基于RL的功率控制算法显著改善了语音保持能力和平均意见得分。该改善源于针对不利网络运行问题和故障维持有效的下行链路信干噪比。
