PyPanda:用于基因调控网络重构的Python包

摘要

PANDA(Passing Attributes between Networks for Data Assimilation)是一种利用消息传递整合多源组学数据('omics data)的基因调控网络推断方法。PANDA最初用C++编写。在本应用说明中,我们描述PyPanda,即PANDA的Python版本。PyPanda运行比C++版本明显更快,并包含用于网络分析的附加功能。可用性:开源PyPanda Python包可在 https://github.com/davidvi/pypanda 免费获取。联系:d.g.p.van [email protected]
