亚 GeV 暗物质粒子可以湮灭或衰变产生 e^\pm 对，这些 e^\pm 对在上散射银河系中的低能光子场并通过逆康普顿效应产生 X 射线辐射。利用来自 XMM-Newton、INTEGRAL、NuSTAR 和 Suzaku 的 X 射线数据，我们推导了对此类暗物质（DM）的新约束。对于湮灭暗物质，它们在 m_DM > 100 MeV 时显著，并且在 DM 为 p 波湮灭时占主导。对于衰变暗物质，它们在 m_DM ~400 MeV - 3 GeV 范围内是迄今最严格的。
