摘要
我们首次提供了硅波导在高非线性机制下（包括双光子吸收 (TPA) 和自由载流子）脉冲传播和相位敏感放大的解析解。我们的解析结果清楚地解释了 TPA 和自由载流子为何以及如何影响信号增益。这些观察结果已通过数值建模和实验结果得到证实。
