Public Cluster：采用多块方法的并行机

摘要
我们引入了一种新方法，以构建一个开放且公共的并行机，该系统可支持多用户同时运行属于不同块的多作业。这一概念对于专供公共使用的并行机（如在 LIPI Public Cluster 中实施的）尤为必要。我们部署了最简单的技术，即运行具有不同配置文件的多个并行处理引擎守护进程，每个配置文件指定给访问系统的特定用户，并开发了一个集成系统，以便通过 Web 完全控制和监控整个系统。此外，还给出了消息传递接口（Message Parsing Interface, MPI）引擎的简要性能分析。结果表明，所提出的方法相当可靠，且仅对整个性能产生轻微影响。
