摘要
对选举过程的信任是民主制度的基础。此外，公民数据的身份管理至关重要，因为若不能确保每一张最终选票均由合格选民投出，便无法保证最终计数的可靠性。为建立投票混合公共可验证性的基础，本工作（1）提出了 Proverum，一种将基于私有许可分布式账本（Distributed Ledger）的私有环境与基于公共区块链（Blockchain）的公共环境相结合的方案；（2）描述了 Proverum 架构在瑞士远程邮政投票系统中的应用，以缓解当前系统存在的威胁；（3）成功解决了联邦制国家中的去中心化身份管理问题。
