基于DNN文本生成的英语学习辅助机器人系统原型

摘要
在近年的持续发展中，自然语言处理（NLP）领域在包括英语语言教学（ELT）在内的多项任务上取得了显著进展。一种促进学习过程的有效策略是使用交互式设备让学习者在自主学习过程中参与其中。在这项工作中，我们提出了一个仿人机器人系统的工作原型，通过采用长短期记忆（LSTM）神经网络进行文本生成，来辅助英语语言自学者。学习者使用图形用户界面与系统交互，系统根据用户的英语水平生成文本。实验使用英语学习者进行，结果依据国际英语语言测试系统（IELTS）评分标准进行度量。初步结果显示，与系统交互的学习者在语法广度上有所提升。
