摘要
脉冲星的自转突变很可能触发中子星流体内部的振荡模式。我们专门研究了r模频率下的这些振荡。被激发的r模将发射引力波,并可能具有较长的阻尼时间尺度(数量级为分钟到天)。我们使用简单估计来估算自转突变可能注入r模的能量,并评估未来干涉仪探测所发射引力波的可能性。
