我们表明，质量高达 600 GeV 的顶夸克伙伴可以在 Tevatron 上被发现，前提是它通过矢量色八重态共振成对产生。如果顶夸克伙伴源自矢量类夸克，那么单个顶夸克伙伴与顶夸克关联产生也可能被观测到，即使是通过它衰变成希格斯玻色子和顶夸克的过程。质量约为 1 TeV 的色八重态，衰变为顶夸克伙伴对，可能解释 CDF 在 (Wj)(Wj) 半轻子事件中观测到的超出。
