LEAPS-INNOV 项目中多元素单晶德仑探测器开发进展:基于探测器性能仿真的洞察

摘要

本研究对多元素单晶德仑(Ge)探测器探测环境土壤样品中镉痕迹的探测极限进行了详尽的仿真分析。我们利用Geant4蒙特卡罗工具包结合固态探测器软件包,评估了探测极限随样品至探测器距离和光子通量的变化。这些仿真旨在模拟真实条件,光子通量来自SOLEIL同步辐射设施SAMBA束线的测量值。我们的发现对于低浓度(如土壤中镉)污染物的探测极限提供了宝贵的见解,有助于优化环境监测和同步辐射应用中的实验 setup,特别是在探测痕量元素方面至关重要。
