摘要
低-x研讨会系列旨在促进衍射强子物理、低x下的QCD动力学、部分子饱和，以及HERA、Tevatron、LHC、RHIC和未来EIC中QCD热点问题领域的实验者与理论家之间的讨论。本会议录总结的研讨会中心议题为：ep和e-离子碰撞中的衍射（包括EIC物理）；强子-强子、强子-原子核和原子核-原子核碰撞中的衍射与光子交换；自旋物理；低x PDF、前向物理与强子末态。本次研讨会是该系列研讨会的第二十八届。
