探测 NGC1399 中低质量 X 射线双星与球状星团的关联

摘要
我们结合 HST/ACS 和钱德拉高分辨率数据，对 cD 椭圆星系 NGC1399 中球状星团与低质量 X 射线双星（LMXB）的关联进行了大视场研究。我们发现，除了已知的质量和金属丰度效应外，LMXB 的形成概率还受到球状星团结构参数的影响，且这种影响与距星系中心的距离无关。
