摘要
研究了压力对112型CaLaFeAs反铁磁(AFM)和超导相变的影响,并利用压头式压力池测量了面内电阻率。在环境压力下, = 0.18、0.21和0.26的éel温度分别为47、63和63 K,施加压力后该反铁磁相变被抑制,超导性分别在临界压力 0、1.5和3.4 GPa处出现。相应地,对的斜率减小,对于 = 0.21和0.26分别为 15和2 K/GPa。因此,尽管反铁磁相随La掺杂而稳定,但其被压力抑制,并最终出现超导性。
