腔 QED 中利用超导量子干涉器件量子比特制备簇态与 W 态

摘要
我们提出了在腔衰减影响下通过腔中多个超导量子干涉器件（SQUID）量子比特创建簇态和 W 态的方案。我们的方案不需要辅助量子比特，且激发能级在整个方案中仅被虚耦合，这可大幅降低实验难度。我们在模型中考虑了腔衰减，并解析论证了其对所制备纠缠态的有害影响。
