孤立自由落体测试质量的精确电荷控制:LISA Pathfinder 结果

摘要

LISA Pathfinder 电荷管理装置负责中和实验核心处自由落体测试质量上不可避免因宇宙射线诱导而累积的电荷。我们给出地面与在轨测量,量化了这一基于紫外光照下光发射的非接触式放电系统的性能。此外,描述了一个与硬件同步开发的两部分仿真。利用 GEANT4 软件工具包对 Pathfinder 传感器内吸收的紫外光进行建模,另一个独立的 MATLAB 电荷转移模型计算了在交流和直流电场存在下测试质量与周围外壳之间的净光电流。我们将这些模型的结果与观测进行对比,并为未来如 LISA 等同样采用自由落体测试质量的实验的放电系统设计得出结论。
