摘要
集成在太赫兹量子级联激光器波导中的肖特基二极管直接耦合到内部激光场。在多模激光器中，二极管响应与瞬时功率以及各激射模式对二极管的耦合强度均相关。对集成在两个不同位置量子级联激光腔中的二极管整流响应的测量表明，二极管的相对位置强烈影响激光-二极管耦合。
