未掺杂高 Tc 铜氧化物中的极子行为

摘要
我们报告了对未掺杂 La₂CuO₄ 材料的角谱光子发射谱 (ARPES) 数据，表明玻色子与载流子之间存在极子耦合。采用壳模型计算电子-声子耦合，发现其足够强大以形成极子。我们发展了一种用于计算未掺杂体系中 ARPES 谱的有效方法。利用计算得到的耦合系数，我们发现声子侧带的宽度与实验测量值良好一致。我们分析了该宽度随绑定能相关的原因。
