摘要
研究了一种在一维磁光子晶体中对称或不对称放置非线性缺陷的结构。研究了结构中时间反演非互易性与非线性空间不对称性的同时效应。在该系统中展示了双稳态响应，并伴有透射波和反射波在两个圆偏振或椭圆偏振之间的突变偏振切换。该效应可用缺陷模式光谱共振处的场局域化来解释，可用于薄膜光学隔离器和偏振转换器件的设计。
