保偏大模场光子晶体光纤

摘要
我们报道了一种保偏大模场光子晶体光纤。与先前关于保偏光子晶体光纤的工作不同，双折射是通过施加应力部件引入的。这使我们能够实现在任意波长下均为单模且对任意波长具有几乎恒定双折射的光纤。本工作中所示光纤的模场直径约为 4 至 6.5 微米，并表现出 1.5e-4 的典型双折射。
