摘要
制备了单分散钛酸锶 (strontium titanate) 纳米颗粒并进行了详细研究。发现约 10 nm 的制备态化学计量纳米颗粒在宽温度范围内处于极性结构态（可能具有铁电性质）。随着颗粒尺寸减小，观察到四方结构，且电子杂化可能降低。在 10 nm 颗粒中，20 K 至 300 K 之间未观察到局部 Ti 偏离中心位置的变化。结果表明，SrTiO3 的纳米尺度基元可用作数据存储中的组装纳米颗粒阵列，适用于对化学稳定性、温度稳定性和低毒性至关重要的应用场景。
