我们描述了一种在平面天近似下实现角功率谱估计的方法。POKER（P. Of k EstimatoR）基于 Hivon 及其合作者在宇宙微波背景（CMB）各向异性背景下发展的 MASTER 算法。它完全在离散空间中运行，可应用于任意高角分辨率的天图。因此，它特别适用于当前及未来从红外到亚毫米波段对弥散辐射的观测，无论是银河系还是宇宙学起源的辐射。
