RuSr$_2$GdCu$_2$O$_8$ 超导序元势能的点接触研究

摘要
我们对在常规 Pt/Ir 触头与RuSrGdCuO (Ru-1212) 样品之间实现的点接触联结所获得的电导特性进行了详细研究。该化合物因同时存在磁有序和体积超导性而引发广泛关注。在实验中，低温隧道光谱可复现地显示出零偏置电导峰，这一现象可通过 d 型配对对称性的广义 BTK 模型得到良好描述。
