摘要
我们提出了一种由介质光栅和嵌入其中的等离激元谐振腔组成的复合系统。基于介质光栅支持的模式与等离激元诱导的腔模之间的干涉效应，该系统可以实现群折射率大于200且透射率大于75%的慢光。同时，我们研究了复合系统的周期数以及由光栅与空气交替层组成的光子晶体超晶格对慢光特性的影响。
