普朗克揭示半人马座 A 瓣的整体运动

摘要
在 70、100 和 143 GHz 波段分析了朝向活动星系半人马座 A 的普朗克数据。我们发现北射电瓣相对于南瓣存在温度不对称性，该不对称性至少清晰地延伸至距 Cen A 中心 5 度处，并向瓣的外部区域减弱。这一透明参数——温度不对称性——因此必然携带着主要信息，即指示瓣的视线方向整体运动，而该不对称性在较小半径处的增加则揭示了瓣的微分动力学，正如从中心喷射时所预期的那样。
