平面集成光学与天文干涉测量

摘要
集成光学 (IO) 是一种可以在平面基片上复制光路电路的光学技术。自 1996 年起，我们在天文单模干涉测量框架内研究了 IO 的潜力。本文综述了 IO 的原理、干涉测量的要求以及 IO 提供的相应解决方案、组件表征的结果以及可能的应用领域。
