摘要

我们更新了多极分析以纳入来自低能区和Δ共振区的新数据。我们注意到对Δ光衰变振幅的估计略有下降。这与Compton散射中的结果一致。我们的数值也与先前的RPI测定相符。我们重新审视了在共振能量和极点处E2/M1比的测定。我们发现（极点处的）E2/M1比与最近的Mainz值符合良好。
