KH2PO4型铁电体中的压热与多热效应

摘要
采用考虑偶极矩对序参数依赖性的质子有序模型修正版[Vdovych et al, 2014]，我们探究了由剪应力 和纵向电场 引起的 KHPO 型铁电体中的压热与多热效应。结果表明，多热效应强于电热效应或压热效应中的任一种，尤其在远离相变的温度下。
