摘要
本白皮书总结了利用杰斐逊实验室升级后的 12 GeV 连续电子束加速器设施 (CEBAF) 及相关实验设备的科学机遇。其基础是杰斐逊实验室项目咨询委员会建议批准的 52 项提案。升级后的设施将启用一项具有重大发现潜力的新实验计划，以解决核物理、强子物理和电弱物理中的重要课题。
