有损微环谐振器中的光子对产生。I. 理论

摘要

我们利用基于 Raymer 和 McKinstrie (Phys. Rev. A 88, 043819 (2013)) 以及 Alsing 等人 (Phys. Rev. A 95, 053828 (2017)) 工作的输入-输出形式体系,研究有损微环谐振器中的纠缠光子对产生,该体系纳入了考虑腔内场多次往返的循环因子。我们考虑了自发参量下转换和自发四波混频这两种非线性过程,并计算了单总线微环谐振器产生的双光子信号-闲频态,以及产生率、符合-偶然比和预示效率。我们将这些广义结果与先前采用标准朗之万输入-输出形式体系的工作所得结果进行了比较。
