摘要
我们报道了在线性三量子点阵列中同时存在的光子与声子辅助隧穿跃迁，这些跃迁只有通过考虑电荷稳定性图的全三维性才能理解。此类隧穿跃迁可能对该系统中定义的量子比特的泄漏有贡献。随着量子点阵列的规模扩大，这些跃迁变得更加丰富且分析更为复杂，因此对其详细理解至关重要。
