单斜 BiB3O6 的声子模式

摘要
我们基于单晶偏振反射测量，对单斜化合物 BiB3O6 的声子模式进行了详细研究。通过采用广义 Drude-Lorentz 模型对光谱进行分析，我们能够分辨出 A 称和 B 称的声子模式。
