超导体 LaFeAsO 的声子色散关系与氧同位素效应

摘要
本文从头计算超导体 LaFeAsO 的声子色散关系，并研究该超导体中的一个主要性质——氧同位素效应。基于此声子色散关系，我们发现氧同位素效应一个重要原因与声子有关。该结果与实验数据吻合良好，其中超导体 LaFeAsO 中氧同位素效应的幂指数较小。
