MgB_2 比热的现象学双隙模型

摘要
我们表明,超导体 MgB_2 (MgB2) 的比热在零场条件下,对于其中显著的非-BCS 特征, 可以在整个温度范围内通过现象学双隙模型来拟合——误差基本上在实验误差范围内。所得隙参数与来自能带结构计算、以及各种谱光学实验的先前确定值一致。来自比热的确定——一种体积性性质——表明 MgB_2 中存在两个超导隙是一种体积效应。
