基于LCOS空间光调制器的相位偏移干涉仪与波前补偿

摘要
我们提出了一种简单且新颖的干涉仪表面测量技术，利用液晶硅（LCOS）空间光调制器（SLM）同时作为相位移器和波前补偿器。在比较使用机械压电相位移器进行测量时，本方法可提高测量速度和测量范围。
