拓扑混合结构中超导二极管效应的相图

摘要
近来，超导二极管效应（SDE）因在超导电子学领域的新可能性而备受关注。SDE 的可能实现之一是在超导混合结构中实现。在此情形下，SDE 通过邻近效应达成。然而，混合器件中 SDE 品质因子的优化条件仍不明确。本研究考虑超导体/铁磁体/拓扑绝缘体（S/F/TI）混合器件，并考察不同混合结构参数下的二极管品质因子。进而，我们揭示了对其 SDE 品质因子大小有关键影响的重要参数。
