双钙钛矿的相图及缺陷影响

摘要
分析了 Sr_{2-x} La_x Fe Mo O_6 型双钙钛矿的相图，包括存在和不存在由反位引起的无序情况。在不存在掺杂和无序时，除了均匀的半金属亚铁磁相外，我们发现在大掺杂量下存在反铁磁相，并且在存在无序时存在具有较低饱和磁化强度的其他亚铁磁相。
