几种固态光电倍增管配合CLYC闪烁体的性能

摘要
(CLYC) 是一种无机闪烁体,近来因其能够探测并甄别伽马射线与热中子而受到关注。我们研究了三种不同固态光电倍增管(SSPMs)在读取CLYC晶体时的几个重要性能参数:线性度、能量分辨率以及脉冲形状与甄别能力。这些性能参数在-20C至+50C之间的多种温度下进行评估。
