摘要
近年来，大量研究工作致力于移动网络的性能评估与预测。鉴于移动网络日益扩大的使用规模、其组成部分的多样性以及运行机制的复杂性，性能建模与评估显得尤为重要。本文通过信号与干扰加噪声比（SINR）预测，探讨了蜂窝移动网络中流量管理与拥塞控制的当前问题，包括拥塞控制、路由和优化。
