铁磁金属中横向自旋流的穿透深度

摘要
研究了 Cu/CoFeB/Cu/Co/Cu 多层膜的铁磁共振（FMR）谱线宽。通过自旋泵浦理论分析 FMR 谱，确定了 Co 层中横向自旋流的穿透深度。测得的 Co 层穿透深度为 1.7 nm。
