V$_3$Si 超导体涡旋态中的峰值效应：历史依赖性研究

我们报告了对 VSi 单晶的输运性质测量结果，显示出其涡旋态中存在明显的峰值效应特征。在通入磁场后进行的不同实验路径（即零场冷却 (ZFC) 和场冷 (FC)）制备的涡旋晶体的电阻随场变化中，显示出在峰值效应区域附近的显著路径依赖性。在场冷状态下，磁场的微小循环会在峰值效应区域附近导致电阻发生剧烈变化，凸显了该状态在该区域内的 metastable 性质。
