摘要
提出一种基于模式识别(PR)的诊断方案,利用时域特征识别轴承故障。利用试验台从故障轴承获取振动数据。从数据中提取特征,并在用于PR过程之前进行处理。该处理涉及特征分布的平滑。这减少了振动随机性对PR过程的不期望影响,从而提升了模型的诊断精度。
