塞伊尔星系的秒级尺度喷流与盘旋结构

摘要

为何AGN的射电辐射存在极强与极弱的二元性?或许发动机相同,但喷流在射电安静对象中被致密的ISM扰乱,或发动机本质不同,喷流能量随黑洞自转参数而变化。为区分,可寻找喷流与NLR之间的相互作用,并在核心附近测量喷流速度(使用VLBI),以消除环境效应的影响。我们发现,在射电安静的AGN中,喷流速度较慢,更倾向于弯曲,且单向性和平坦谱核可能由于遮蔽导致。
