表面声波驱动的自旋波参量激发与不稳定性

摘要

在金属磁性薄膜结构中,实验证明了相干表面声波对自旋波的参量激发。利用微聚焦布里渊光散射光谱分析相关的磁子模,并结合微磁模拟与解析建模以确定自旋波不稳定性的起源。根据实验条件不同,我们观察到源于不同声子-磁子与磁子-磁子散射过程的自旋波不稳定性。我们的结果表明,利用表面声波可在金属铁磁体中高效激发高振幅、强非线性磁子,这为创建可受益于压电声子高激发效率的微尺度非线性磁子逻辑与数据处理系统开辟了新途径。
