二维t-J模型中杂质对库珀对的破坏

摘要
通过精确对角化技术研究了二维t-J模型中杂质引起的库珀对破坏机制。对结合能、配对关联、动力学自旋和配对磁化率的分析表明,非磁性杂质比磁性杂质更能有效地抑制配对,这与Zn和Ni替代的高温超导体的实验研究一致。
